1. Huduma inatolewa na Jambofix. Kwa kufungua akaunti unakubali masharti haya.
2. Salio la SMS linanunuliwa mapema. Salio halina muda wa kuisha lakini halirudishwi kwa fedha isipokuwa pale huduma ilishindwa kutolewa kwa kosa letu.
3. Ujumbe uliokataliwa na mtandao wa simu haukatwi kwenye salio lako; ujumbe uliokubaliwa na mtandao unakatwa hata kama mpokeaji hakuupokea (mfano simu imezimwa au namba haitumiki).
4. Mtumiaji anawajibika kuwa na ridhaa ya wapokeaji na kutotuma ujumbe wa udanganyifu, matusi, siasa za uchochezi au unaokiuka sheria za Tanzania na miongozo ya TCRA. Akaunti zinazokiuka zinaweza kusimamishwa bila taarifa.
5. Majina ya mtumaji yanasajiliwa kwenye mitandao ya simu; kupitishwa kwake kunategemea mitandao na kunaweza kukataliwa.
6. Jambofix haitawajibika kwa hasara isiyo ya moja kwa moja inayotokana na kuchelewa au kushindikana kwa ujumbe kunakosababishwa na mitandao ya simu.

English

1. The service is provided by Jambofix. By opening an account you accept these terms.
2. SMS credits are prepaid. Credits do not expire but are not refundable for cash unless the service could not be delivered through our fault.
3. Messages rejected by the mobile network are not deducted from your balance; messages accepted by the network are deducted even if the recipient did not receive them (e.g. phone off, number not in use).
4. You are responsible for having recipients' consent and for not sending fraudulent, abusive, inflammatory or otherwise unlawful content under Tanzanian law and TCRA guidelines. Accounts in breach may be suspended without notice.
5. Sender names are registered with the mobile networks; approval depends on the networks and may be refused.
6. Jambofix is not liable for indirect losses arising from delayed or failed messages caused by the mobile networks.
